Krista is excited to be the Communications Coordinator for the Charles Burrell Visual and Performing Arts K-12 campus. What an awesome opportunity to be part of a school that allows students to tap into their creative selves, which empowers them and creates a sense of pride.
She is a proud Denver Native. Krista has been part of Aurora Public Schools since 2007, and in this community for the last 9 years. Krista believes that this is the best district because of the different cultures that create a true community.
She has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Colorado State University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language & Hearing Sciences from the University of Colorado Boulder. She looks forward to engaging with the community and creating a culture that makes space for all.
