Ensuring a World Class Arts-integrated Education

charles burrellThe Charles Burrell Visual and Performing Arts Campus was founded in the fall of 2021 to honor a very accomplished African American classical bass player. Mr. Burrell currently resides in Denver and he celebrated his 101th birthday in October! We know he will be an inspiration as we welcome our first Burrell students to the campus this August, 2022, as well as to future classes. Our students are filled with passion and talent and are excited to make their mark in Aurora!

The faculty at Burrell Arts" is committed to ensuring a world class arts education through a challenging curriculum and additionally, by exposing students to the world of art. We are planning to offer artists in residency opportunities, master classes, assemblies, exhibitions, as well as opportunities throughout the Denver/metro area for students to experience the abundant range of art experiences.
